MY MOBILE IS - SPAIN -0034 678 11 26 91 . THIS IS AN URGENT APPEAL. I AM GOING TO BE HOMELESS FROM 2ND NOVEMBER 2016, WITH MY DAUGHTER AND LITTLE DOGS BASIL AND MOLLY.  I AM HEARING THE SENTENCE ON 26 TH OCTOBER 2016, AT 1 P.M AT VALENCIA COURT HOUSE. I  HAVE BEEN  INFORMED IN WRITING, THAT THE EVICTION DATE IS 2ND OF NOVEMBER, BUT IF THE JUDGE IS COMPASSIONATE A LITTLE TIME LONGER. THIS IS URGENT APPEAL TO RAISE THE MONEY FOR ANOTHER APARTMENT.

Hello, This is international abstract artist / Published author of  romantic poetry, Ms Carmen Bonnici.                           I  am to be made homless with my daughter and small dogs . Spain has the highest evictions in Europe. Around 75 evictions per day,  This is not in line with European human rights and laws are being broken.

I am a resident of Spain, but my rights are being abused by the government departments in Valencia.                      They are making up their own rules on how they help you, depending on your nationality of birth even though as a european living in spain and a resident, i am meant to have the same rights. Every single official department i have gone to for help, i've been subjected to rascisim and a refusal to help me, and I have been treated with contempt and lied to.

I would like to say that this is not the general public of Valencia city, who are lovely people, but the goverment people that are at fault. They have completly disregarded every single documentation i have verifying my rights to reside and work in spain, even though i am a official resident and also european . Because of this, their refusal to treat me as a resident and a member of the community, i am instead being treated like an illigal alien, and i am being left, in a horrific situation and a very vulnerable one for myself and my daughter and little dogs. I can only say their attitude is barbaric and inhuman and goes again my human rights in a country i love and which i consider my home.

I am an international artist and, I previously had wonderful exhibitions in amazing galleries worldwide in years between 2003 and 2009. But the last several years has been a very difficult time and because of the economy, and it has led to this dreadful situation.  Please show compassion and support and pledge. Many thanks, Carmen Bonnici.
