Unit J, based at the Oxford School of Architecture, is unlike most architectural design studios. We celebrate the craft of architecture and have spent the last year making and experimenting to create innovative and exciting forms. We would love it if you could donate to help us display our work.
The unit offers a series of exciting projects based in the city of Marseille on the French Riviera based around the theme of the live/work craftsperson. Proposals range from a nautical community of sailmakers, boat makers and breakers to an educational insitution teaching crafts to the city. We come together as steambenders, seamstresses and casters to present what hopes to be an exciting exhibition of our work.
However we need your help to make this happen! Please donate to help us construct, print, frame and display our work.
