Elect Máire McCormack as councillor for Linlithgow ward in West Lothian.
by Edinburgh & West Lothian Greens in Linlithgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
Linlithgow has never had a Green councillor, nor indeed a woman. You could help change this on May 4th by helping to support our local candidate, Máire McCormack.
Máire has lived in Linlithgow for over 13 years. Her son attended Donaldson's school, she is actively involved in Linlithgow and Linlithgow Bridge Community Council, and she campaigns locally on issues concerning public health and the environment. Máire works as Head of Policy for a children’s organisation, giving her an insight into problems facing children and young people.
If Elected Máire promises to
The Scottish Greens don’t have backing by big business or millionaire (or even billionaire) donators, that means we need help from you. To make sure everyone in the Linlithgow ward – from Linlithgow Bridge to Newton – get our message we need newsletters, leaflets, posters and stalls. Unfortunately, these cost money. Whether you are a member or supporter, support our message or are a local looking for the real change we can bring to West Lothian Council every penny helps!
