May 2015 saw the take over of a rather poorly run "greasy spoon" in Beeston Nottingham, and was transformed into Edward's canteen Kitchen. 18months on, after winning regional awards for food and profits trebled, I am looking to open Edwards 2.
I have managed to hit a niche in the food market, which in this day and age is impossible. We are serving the only "Fine Dine" Street Food and Theatrial Bistro in Nottinghamshire. We alo take Full bookings for a Sunday Breakfast club, in effect Fine Dine Breakfast.
Now with 50 star reviews on Tripadvisor and 40 straight 5 stars on Facebook, now is the time to expand. We seat 30 covers max at present, and am looking to purchase a goodwill lease in the region of 10-15k. This is what I am looking to raise.
