About me:
I qualified as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I trained in over one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. During my studies I found out, that I'm gluten and lactose intolerant. What a surprise it was, considering that gluten, wheat and dairy products were staple everyday part of my diet! I slowly started to implement more and more healthy gluten-free, dairy-free foods, until I eventually crowed out all the naughty foods that caused problems to my body. I started to be very interested in trying various dietary approaches... It came the day when I chose to enroll at David Wolfe's Raw Nutrition Course. Since then I've never looked back! I became a raw vegan for about 2 years - during this time my own body&mind experienced all the benefits of cleansing from all the years of wrong eating habits! Suddenly I started to feel like never before! Alive!
I am not trying to persuade anyone to become a raw vegan, but I believe everyone will benefit by implementing more natural, whole and fresh food into everyday's life. During my studies as a Health Coach I learned that the only right way to eat, is to listen to your body. Your body knows, what it needs. Forget all the wrong choices and start again. Every day is a new beginning. Love yourself and your body will thank you :)
During my raw vegan years, I fell in love with raw desserts. I never knew you can create a dessert without using eggs, flour, dairy and sugar! This knowledge was transforming and changed my point of view on sweet treats forever! I started to prepare raw desserts occasionaly for my friends and family. They all gave me wonderful feedback, so I never stopped! I created facebook page www.facebook.com/rawtreasure, as well as an instagram account @rawtreasure_simplyfy to share my beautiful creations with all the world.
Now, I feel is the time to share my real products! Not only the recipes, but the real dessert deals! Especially with the upcoming holiday season, we all love to indulge on yummy guilt-free desserts, and share them all with our loved ones. I want to share my rawTreasure products with others to connect more deeply with their bodies and their natural state of health and radiance! That's why I created SimplyFY. • Equipment - heavy duty food processor, blender, dehydrator, cake tins, small utilities
• Professional website + branding + advertising
• Packaging
• Rent of the preparation premises
• Ingredients - superfoods, dried freezed fruits, edible flowers
If my project is succesfully overfunded, any extra money will go towards my further education: 2 weeks online course from Matthew Kenny Culinary Academy - Plant based desserts and raw pastry - so I will be able to create even more delicious treats for you to order ;)
