Giving Dillon the retirement he deserves after 20 years of hard work as a therapy horse.
About the project
Dillon is a 14.1 hands high black fell pony. He has been living and working at Beechley Riding Stables in Liverpool for twenty years. Over that time he has given thousands of rides to disabled children and adults providing them with physical and emotional therapy as well as a vast amount of pleasure.
Due to our charitable status we can not use our own funds to pay for him in his retirement and have found him a new home with one of the old staff members. At the grand old age of 35 he may need a bit of vetinary care and we are aiming to raise £500 to help cover these costs.
Please help our volunteers and riders in our attempts to fund his twilight years and give this cheeky loveable chap a retirement home worthy of his years of service.
