Having decided to start my own Company I will be hopefully enlisting the assistance with a personall friend of mine who has a wealth of experience in the "Call Centre" industry processing "opted in" data purchased from a variety of Marketing Companies.
The finance is required to assist us in opening some premises and to cover the initial operating of the Company for a minimum of two months by which time it should be able to run on it's own profits.
The idea to form the Company was a discussion I had with my friend who has the experience but like me wants to branch out on her own and as I have the Business experience and she has the selling/sales expertise we believe we can make a go of it. We initially want to open one office with a view to oepning more offices in the future employing people to create a family working environment which will hopefully transpose over the telephone to the potential cleints.
To begin with we will process Pension Data which in today's new pension changes we believe it is important for those approaching 55 to have a better understanding from a IFA/Broker about what the changes mean to them. Once this is up and running we intend to process other areas such as Life Insurance, Holiday Claims and Housing Disrepair Claims.
