To assist in the opening of a call centre for processing clients enqiries

Unfortunately, this project was not successful

This will be a call centre initally with 4 agents but with a veiw to increasing the agents to 8 and long term opening up another office in Preston. Bascially processing "opted in" data for Pension Reveiws which then in tunr is passed on to n authorised IFA (FAS RegisteredRegulated).

In the long term it will then start to process other "leads" such as Holiday Sicknes Claims/Personall Injury Claims and Housing Disrepairs Claims
