Westerham Cycling Club seeks to raise money to provide cycling/coaching equipment and storage to further our community coaching programme.
We have partnered with a local school and have fantastic facilities to conduct the coaching including playing fields and tarmac courts.
Through fundraising we hope to purchase a garden shed or similar secure storage facility which the school has allowed us to keep on their grounds. This will house our coaching equipment including cones and markers, racing banners and tools, some of which will also need to be purchased.
We also hope to purchase a small fleet of children's bikes so we can demonstrate different cycling disciplines to children should they not have their own bikes.
We've been running our coaching program for 8 months now and have had wonderful feedback from riders and parents... through your contributions we will be able to expand our programme to include greater diversity in cycling disciplines and racing scenarios.
