I am currently trying to open a fashion bussiness in liverpool, under the name Moder Lover were i will only selll local independents fashion designs.
I belive there is huge gap in the market for this type of concept store, not everyone wants to shop on the high street because they want to stand out from the crowd and im trying to make a change in the way pepole can get there hands on bespoke, individual handmade pieces.
Iv worked in many jobs in fashion and retail and im currently trying to fund my bussiness that i sarted last year selling headpices, festival wear and vintage clothing. This is were my idea has steamed from as its hard to get your pieces out there and not everyone can affort rents and overheads. Im hoping my space will encorge young fashion designers to get making and get there product out there.
I am so passionate about trying to help get new young designers a step on the ladder and to get my designs out there, as i no from experiance how hard getting some were affordable to show your pieces is. Liverpool is a thriving fashion hub im 100% sure that this company will be a hudge succsess.
the £20000 that I'm asking for will help me secure a premises to retail from.
