We in Community Health and Development Foundation believe strongly that people are the reason of our existence and therefore the centre of development.
We also believe that people cannot be developed through prescribed solutions by facilitating their efforts to discover and provide the solutions to their own development problems and therefore
unless people are facilitated through development education, there shall be no meaningful development that leaves impact and that which will enable people take control of their destinies.

These objects shall be undertaken in the UK as well as in Africa especially South Sudan that
have suffered years of war.
Decades of civil wars and associate conflicts have left economies of war-affected nations in
the third world especially in ruins including South Sudan.
Although many of these countries have ended armed conflicts peacefully, many are still locked
up in vicious cycles of violence and destruction. The destructive nature of these civil conflicts
has common thread of causing untold human loss of surviving populations. Unless we address
these problems from the grass root and work with the people, we are afraid it will not be easy
to bring poverty to an end.
These factors have great negative impact on human development and reform in all war affected countries to date, no matter whether many are out of war or not. The problem is not identification
of what the burning socio-economic issues resulting from these wars are but rather in non-involving
of everyone to participate in making a contribution towards peace building and economic recovery. Although the people from the grass root should play a vital role in conflict resolution and post-war development, their contribution towards promotion of this agenda is often ignored and brushed
War-affected countries have for decades depended heavily on help coming from abroad without
the participation of the people from the grass root themselves in promotion of peace and
development lopsided approach which has slowed economic growth for decades in South Sudan.
Community Health and Development Foundation would like to face these challenges by
campaigning for development of the people of South Sudan by working directly with the people.
Community Health and Development Foundation would also want to find out from the people
what are the issues that need to be address both short term and long term because the people
have a very important role to make changes in their communities who will bring added value to
peace and progress if given the chance to make their contribution towards peace and national
