Our Catering
Although we are a not-for-profit organisation we pride ourselves in producing traditional, local, seasonal food to a high commericial standard. Our cuisine is primarily British, presented in a Bistro-style and inspired by traditional dishes. We try to use local ingredients wherever we can and we are looking to partner with local allotments to produce some of the food that we use. We train our apprentices in professional cookery through Government sponsored NVQ apprenticeships and working with our partners Interserve Learning & Development.
