Career change into law

Hello friends. Fancy helping a dedicated professional change careers, after getting arthritis, into supporting victims of crimes?

 Hello friends

In the past few months I've been diagnosed with arthritis. Whilst this will not get me down I have made the heart-breaking decision to leave the profession that I've loved for the past 7 years. I've been in so much pain for the past year and I cannt go to work and give 100% doing shift work with this horrible disease.

As I said before, I will not be kept down by this and I have more people the think of besides myself. The little girl in the picture is my daughter Evelyn.  I need to be a good role model to her by not goving up and by working to do good insociety. I'm going to find a job I can do and I'm going to go back to University to do it.

Those that are closest to me will know that my family has needed support after being victims of crimes.  I want to put my nursing skills to good use and work alongside victims of crimes. I have been accepted for a voluntary position at Victim Support and I have many promising interviews lined up for entry level law jobs.

I will be studying a graduate diploma in law. I have managed to obtain a bursary covering some of the fees, but I still have £4200 to go. If you could spare 1p or £1 and share this appeal with your friends, I would be very grateful. If you have friends or relatives that aren't connected to the internet, please let me know and I can give you my postal address.

If you don't want to donate then that's awesome because there are loads of other causes more worthy then I am but may I  suggest that you consider Arthritis Research UK, IDAS, Rape Crisis, SAMM, Victim Support or Womens Aid. If you can't give anything DON'T WORRY! It's a lousy economy,  but we'll all get there in the end.

As always, kindest regards and hope you all have a lovely day.
