Established in 2015 C.A.K.E Cosmetics is aimed at women with African, Caribbean and Indian skins. Priding itself on its British heritage and affordable prices C.A.K.E makeup brand is designed for the customer that struggles to find their true colour match in local UK stores. And as a new brand it has already proven to be a favourite amongst magazines, bloggers and the everyday consumer.
It's important that this market is not ignore and can have options out there than other females or males have. This is has been a hot topic in the media recently and dedicated forums on leading magazines like Stylist. The response has been over whelming and there has been a lot of praise from the community. In fact, recent research has found that 8 in 10 women struggle to identify or find makeup that suits their skin and with the cosmetic industry being worth over £70bn it's confusing to why no one has reacted to this. That's why C.A.K.E Cosmetics is at the forefront of this change and investing in a projet that has the potential to be huge.
Who buys C.A.K.E?
Stylish, sociable and inspired by the latest trends, C.A.K.E’s core customer is a group young adults aged between 16-24 who enjoying expressing their individuality. Whether they are studying or starting their career C.A.K.E’s customer is the everyday girl that needs a brand to be accessible and affordable.
