This year we'll be kicking off the largest arts festival in England with an Opening Night Fireworks Display, celebrating the artists who make our great city the vibrant and creative place it is.

Our Project:

Running for 4 weeks during the months of May and early June, Brighton Fringe features nearly 800 events and over 3,500 performances including comedy, theatre, cabaret and music.

We are committed to helping the arts flourish. As an open access festival, Brighton Fringe enables this great city to come together and celebrate art in all forms. This vast celebration of all things creative has been inspired by home-grown talent, with more than 50% of participants coming from Brighton & Hove.

As an arts charity, Brighton Fringe acts as a platform for all artists at any stage in their career. Only 3% of our funding comes from public subsidy and so we rely on community members and our partners to help make this festival the best it can be.

This year our aim is to bring our community together by holding an opening night fireworks display on Friday 6th May 2016.

We need YOU to help bring this display to our city. Help us make this the biggest and best Brighton Fringe by pledging. With your help we can light up the night sky and kick off this great celebration of the arts with a bang!

Donation rewards include a Brighton Fringe tote bag, t-shirts and VIP membership packs. A little or a lot, your gift to the Brighton Fringe will enrich our community of artists.
