Bridges Programmes

A new Open Access Centre for clients to study, complete applications and CVs and seek advice and guidance

Project aim

A new Open Access Centre for asylum seekers and refugees to study, complete applications and CVs and seek advice and guidance

About the project

Bridges Programmes is Scotland's specialist agency helping asylum seekers, refugees and migrants get back into education, training or employment. We run a series of programmes and courses working alongside employers every step of the way.

We are now developing an Open Access Centre to offer a more flexible service for self study, support, peer study groups, learning and studying for even more clients. Without this new service many of our highy skilled and professional clients will struggle to get into Further or Higher Education. For example we have 20 refugee Doctors starting on their retraining and upskilling journey. We think we can support over 100 individuals a year. 100 people who can re-buuild their lives, re-build their skills and re-build thei with your help. Will you be part of it?

We need equipment, study materials, whiteboards, staff and general running expenses to make this happen and to help our clients reach sustainable futures for them and their families. More information can be found on our website: www.bridgesprogrammes.org.uk

Thank you for supprting us.
