On 18th Aug 2017 we successfully raised £10,860 of £10,000 target with 38 supporters in 7 days

Any money above an beyond our initial target will go back into the business to be able to scale up production and take on staff, potentially look at our own production facility and will be used to research and study to grow our product range.

"Gut health made easy"

We make raw, live, probiotic rich fermented foods with quality ingredients and a lot of love.

True health starts in the gut and we want to make it as quick and easy as possible for people to look after their gut. It's also an added bonus that we can do it through great tasting food.

 We use fresh, raw vegetables, fruit, herbs and spices, fermented the traditional way, with no heat treatment or pasteurisation to promote the formation of beneficial bacteria, which when consumed can colonise the gut and boost gut health.

 We are passionate about health and passionate about great tasting food and believe the two can go hand in hand.

 Founders, Ben Payne & Hesh Daud have a collective 30 years experience in food and health. Ben is a Personal Trainer and health coach with over 10 years experience and Hesh is a chef with a passion for great tasting food and its social, physical and psychological benefits and they believe health and taste can go hand in hand.

Our plan initially, is to launch with a core product offering of at least three different types of Ferments, similar to Sauerkraut or Kimchi with amazing colours, flavours, full of nutrients and gut friendly bacteria.

We will start by forming meaningful collaborations with street food vendors, farmers markets and small independent retailers and then produce higher quantities with a view of securing contracts with the likes of Wholefoods, Planet Organic, Waitrose, Selfridges and other health minded stores and then take it more mainstream. Our goal is to be the first of our kind in both Tesco and Sainsbury's.

We want to bring fermented foods to the masses!

Down the line, we would open a pop up cafe, running tasting and food pairing evenings, giving people the full spectrum of flavour combinations and to showcase fermented foods amazing versatility.

Long term, we want to get Hesh his own place and aim to open a gut/ digestive health inspired cafe with interactive working kitchen/ shop where people can come in, eat our foods, buy them to take home and also see the products being fermented.  They will also be able to participate in informative workshops, hands on demonstrations and special events.
