Let’s get fruity!

The Crowdfunder team get fruity as we launch our brand new campaign Fruitshare. With support from River Cottage, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Channel 4 we have launched a campaign to get as many schools across the UK crowdfunding for fruit trees.

The schools will have 28 days to raise either £70, £130 or £250 which will all buy the schools packs of either five, ten or 20 fruit trees. The campaign will educate the school children on growing fruit and sustainable produce.

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall said: “I find the idea that the next generation could be growing more fruit, eating more fruit and cooking their fruit in a much more creative way incredibly exciting. I want to do what we can to make that happen.”

If you want your local school to get involved or want to make your pledge then do so today. Look no further, let’s get fruity!
