This collaborative production brings together two young Scottish companies. Founded in 2011 by actress and producer Kat Folan, Moving Lights Theatre Company aims to provide industry professionals and entrants with the opportunity to explore the performing arts in their own way. At the heart of the company is the belief that anyone deserves the opportunity to make a living doing what they love most and the company’s mission is to provide a stepping-stone into the professional arts and entertainment industry.
No Escape is based on the original monologue by Lois Wyman, No Escape is adapted for the screen by actress and writer, Alia E. Torrie, and Border Raid Films’ founder and director, Craig McKenna. The short film tells a story of suffering and despair in one of the darkest chapters in human history.
