This pioneering festival has been born out of a desire to create more arts opportunities in Portugal. The event sees people taking to the streets to show off their art, dance music and theatre skills.
Now crowdfunding for 2017, Festival Too is back for a second project. During its 35-year run, this Norfolk fest has hosted thousands of acts – from The Human League and The Buzzcocks to The Vamps and Blue!
