Beat Depression - yes I can! Trekking in Canada

Beat Depression - yes I can! Trekking in Canada

I want to feel strong and beat depression. I'll do trekking expedition in Canada. And I'll give my hearth back to the others.

Unfortunately, this project was not successful

Hi, I'm Joanna,

I need your help to fullfil my dream and beat this weakness and depression! I belive I can do it. With a little help;)

I'm very active and optymistic, but now I suffer depresion. It's hard. But I do belive that the trekking challenge and beautiful nature sourrounded in Canada (as a complement of professional therapy) will help me to beat depression and give my my power back.

I work with dementia people and take care of the oldest people in UK,  helping people every day. Now I need to take care of myself.  I hope I beat it. I need to beat it!

My biggest dream is to do some trekking trails by myself with backpack in Canada. Only one women. Me:)

I will organize everything by myself, I don't have a lot of money and I  do everything on low costs.

Thi is a trekking plan:

Flight to Calgary (on 20.05) trying to find a room and job. And then up high!

1. Park Mount Robson - 4days trekking arround the highest pick Mount Robson

2. Berg Lake Trail (with Snowbird Pass)- 4days trip - 42 km

3. Jasper National Park: Skyline Trail - 44km and 3 days

4. Icefield Columbia - I want to reach the summit Mount Athabasca

5. Banff/ Lake Louise: to summit Mount Temple and trekking  14 km, extremy hiking 981m (7777ft)

This is my challenge

I'm working hard to buy a tent and things I need. I dream about camera too. I would like to show the pictures from this expedition in the few smallest library in Poland. Some villages there are really poor and some families never been on holiday!

I need this money, because in my condition it's really difficult to earn a lot and is really hard to get extra money for a travel. And beeind stock at home das not help.

If I reach the goal, I would like to show for children there how world is beautiful and show them, that they can do everything!

When I'll back, I would like to help people with depression as well.

Hope so...

Keep your fingers crossed for me, please!
