As at May 2016  Australia has spent 67% of its Clean Energy Emissions Reduction fund to achieve 7% of its 2030 target according to analysists.

Therefore, this not for profit proposal may permit independent partial funding towards closing and reducing the current funding gap that exists presently, where Local partners may include ;
