All 86 counties within 2 years working as a chef and a photographer with the mission to create a visual representation and encyclopaedic reference of us chefs. The environment we work, the people we work with, the food we cook and prepare and the life of beauty that we try to create from sometimes the most humble of ingredients.
It is a pilgrimage to reconcile 23 years of working as a chef and the amazing things I have seen and a chance to see all of this amazing country that I call home.
I welcome support and help, as bouncing from place to place, on short contracts, sometimes just "Stages", sometimes on unpaid invitations is proving to be costly. I am happy to donate back prints and work and come and visit you on my pilgrimage especially if you donate to the cause. Every single penny is handy, as film costs money as does processing, hotels and taxis seem higher than ever and just sometimes it is nice to go and eat somewhere cool and pay my way.
