Would you like to put some information, sample or branded goodies in the #WeGetTogether show bag? We'll be providing event bags for all the attendees, if you would like them to learn more about you this funding option is for you!

You know when you when exhibit at an event and you are stood out in the corridor with your stand, beautifully laid out, with product demos and materials carefully crafted to give event delegates a slice of what you can do for them, BUT, the delegates are all in sessions, grabbing a quick coffee and chat in the short breaks and there's never enough time during lunch to come and talk to you! That's not #WeGetTogether at all. Our day is full of breaks, lots of them, so our delegates can spend lots of downtime chatting and mingling. And they won't even be obligated to take part in the structured part of the day too! There is 3 hours of unstructured time giving delegates lots of time to come and visit you and have a proper chat, not just the grabbed 5 minutes you normally get to scribble down their contact details. So please come and spend some time with us sharing your offering and enjoy the time you'll have listening to what the delegates need to offer great quality care too!

Sponsor a chat session. The day will consist of chats, just like the tweetchats the WeCommunities use to support the sharing of best practice and evidence too. This time of course these chats will be face-to-face and hosted by prominent, respected and hand picked subject matter experts. The chats will of course also be happening live on twitter too . Not only will your support be shared at #WeGetTogether but also on the event web page too and on the prechat information that drives the WeCommunities chats, you can see them here http://wecommunities.org/tweet-chats/chat-calendar We hope to be able to have 300 attendees and of course there will be lot's more joining in on twitter too so this is a great way to gain visibility among these passionate healthcare professionals.
