The project involves the acquisition and development of an empty piece of land to create a 2 storey, 2 bedroom detached dwelling. The site has planning permission for this, granted under Southwark Council. The construction is straightforward and all legal and planning matters have been resolved. Construction likely to start in the summer and take 8-10 months. We have instructed an extremely experienced local contractor to build the building to a high specification whilst ensuring costs are managed. The contractor has a 30 year track record in London and is able to construct the building within swift and efficient timescales.
